How It Works

Option 1: Financial Planning Service

Designed for Real Estate Professionals looking to create a comprehensive strategy for long-term wealth. The process consists of an exploratory and plan generation process leading to a written financial plan customized to client goals, values, time horizon, risk tolerance and resources available. Leads to the following deliverables:

  • Written financial plan customized to client goals, values, time horizon, risk tolerance and resources available. Generally address the topics of:
    • Cash Flow Analysis & Budgeting
    • Asset Allocation
    • College/Education Planning
    • Estate Planning
    • Investment Planning
    • Retirement Planning
    • Risk Management
    • Any Other Relevent Area

Option 2: Strategic Advisory Service

Designed for Real Estate Professionals looking to build wealth but with either minimal investable assets and/or little desire to receive discretionary or non-discretionary investment management services. Consists of Financial Planning Services coupled with ongoing advisory services. You will be required to self-manage investment strategies in accordance with plan recommendations. Leads to the following deliverables:

  • All deliverables from the Financial Planning Services option, plus:
  • Quarterly assessment of planning assumption validity against economic and market trends.
  • Semi-annual formal check-in meeting.
  • Formal annual assessment of client financial strategy.
  • Personal/virtual appointments meetings by appointment as necessary.

Option 3: Full Spectrum Advisory Service

Designed for Real Estate Professionals looking for a fully comprehensive advisory process. Consists of strategic financial planning, ongoing advisory services, and discretionary or non-discretionary asset management through the firm’s recommended custodian, Charles Schwab & Company, Inc. Asset management is offered using model portfolios, but exceptions can be made due to client’s unique situation. Leads to the following deliverables:

  • All deliverables from Financial Planning and Strategic Advisory Services, plus:
  • Discretionarily or non-discretionary managed model investment portfolios in accordance with your goals.
  • Quarterly assessment of planning assumption validity against economic and market trends.
  • Formal annual assessment of client financial strategy. Investment performance reports provided.
  • Unlimited email/phone/virtual contact pertaining to any financial issues/concerns.

*Fees are negotiable and may be adjusted based on complexity of client’s financial situation (estate planning, cash flow management, tax planning, etc.)

**Fee increases by $100 per month for every $250,000 of account value.
While there is no account size minimum for Full Spectrum Advisory Service, generally a $125,000 account size provides the optimal point where this service makes sense due to cost and portfolio holdings. However, client may use this service if they desire with less than $125,000 of investable assets.
